¿So, is blogando correct, or is it blogiendo? Not sure. What I´m trying to say it that I´ll try to blog from S. America this month, as I´m traveling and can find a computer to do so.

Looks like the plan is to be in Ecuador, then Peru, and then more time in Ecuador and finally home to NY.

I´m sooo excited to be here! I´ve jumped in already and it´s just day one. I just adore this culture. It has been four years since I´ve been here. I´m so glad for the time to revisit and reconnect w- this wonderful place. I feel so blessed. I am seeing the hand of God at work all around me. He is good.

Guinea pig does *not* taste like chicken. I must say though, that I'm pretty pleased w/ myself for tackling this challenge on day one in Quito! :)
