i think a change will do you good...
(how's that for a flip flop?) in fact it can often take you places that are better than where you are, even when you're clinging to what you have and are sure that it's the best and only way for you.
without change there isn't growth or healing or adventure or discovery. change can be crazy scary, but it has the possibility of bringing about good things. i'm going to work on accepting changes as they come my way and making the best out of these transitions. adjusting can be hard, especially when change is unexpected. i will work to not waste my time and energy worrying about my lack of control. if i let things go, or hold them loosely i won't feel the same amount of pressure and stress, right? i could really use a lower stress level in my life these days. should i join my dad's tai chi class?
