Must see movie Once is playing at The Little. I think you'll love it. It really got me. I can't do it justice by trying to describe it. There are some great reviews on rotten tomatoes and imdb. I enjoyed not knowing too much about it before I saw it though.
The film is charming. The music is wonderful. I'm already looking for the soundtrack. I was humming songs from it while walking home (this is rare for me). "Take this sinking boat and point it home..." was part of the chorus of an especially lovely song.
Don't miss this one! I will see it again on video when it comes out. May even buy it. I've been thinking about this movie: characters, scenes, emotions, music - for days! It's unforgettable in a fabulous way.
p.s. the theatre we saw it in had a speaker out which definitely affected the sound quality. i had to strain to hear dialogue at times. you might want to ask about this.
