wow have i ever been a delinquent blogger. i think my blogging time was devoted to facebook this fall/winter. it's fun to see what so many are up to there, and so fast and easy to post a one line update. also, i've found old friends from college, high school, grade school, and yes, even pre-school there. wild.
tonight i'm staying in, same as past three nights, b/c J and I are both recovering from being sick. we sadly had to cancel our NYE plans and postpone a game night. :( the only place we've gone lately is to our local library, and thankfully we can walk there for books and dvds, b/c neither of us had the energy to dig the car out yesterday.

finally got to some dishes and laundry today and got the driveway cleared. bit by bit we're getting back to normal. i think we're planning to run some errands tomorrow.
also, i have a CT scan scheduled for early tomorrow morning and am a little nervous about it. i'll keep you posted if there are any interesting results.
we did have a great trip up to Toronto just after Christmas and I'll post some photos from that soon. we had so much fun! such creative theatre, amazing food, good shopping, and a neat museum to tell you about. i need to sort through photos.
