The walk through on Thursday was good. She left the place spotless! We like it even more than before. :) The closing today went very smoothly. All is set. Many papers have been signed and it's final - man does that ever feel good. I'm thrilled with home-ownership so far. Am thinking about starting a new house blog. Will let you know.
