I'm so house-happy today! :) Last night we signed papers on an 88 year old house. :) It's exactly where we want to live. It seems just right for us. I'm hoping inspection and all else goes smoothly. Glad our hunting is over. I'm SOO thrilled for this home that, God willing, soon will be ours!

Is it bad luck to post a photo before it's all said and done?... hope not.
