i'm not yet ready to blog about the things that are weighing on me. maybe sometime in the near future. for now, my topic will be stress.
when i'm too stressed out my body lets me know: my skin gets yicky, i have bad stomach aches and lose my appetite, i get headaches, my knees are worse, my hair doesn't even cooperate. i cry easily and the best part is that i get grumpy. this is no fun (for me or for those around me).
here's my list of things i need to make sure i'm doing to take care of myself and bring me to a place of balance, peace, and sanity.
for stress relief :
alone time
a long hot bath
taking a walk
journaling
dancing
getting out in the sunshine
self- manicure or pedicure
laughter
scrapbooking
prayer
writing and sending letters to friends
a good massage
baking
yoga
i'm more than open to any suggestions you have to add on to my list.
please let me know what you do w/ your stress. ;)

I have to second the baking idea. that's what I do. Just made some yummy honey-bran muffins. yum!
